Thanksgiving in Jamacia

No Problem? Ok so its a little more laid back then most resorts, so much so one might call the culture lazy, but this little island getaway is definately a beauty. Sun every day except today which posed a perfect opportunity for a post. The resort was packed from the beginning as guests clamored to save pool side lounge chairs before 8 am. This led to slower than expected services and "reservations required" at every dinner venue. Jill and I golfed at the White Witch Golf course which had jaw-dropping views from every tee. We were scheduled for golf today but experienced a "rainout". We'll be heading up to the White Witch house for a tour to learn about the White woman who killed three of her husbands and many slaves at this once great sugar plantation. Sofie's concerned that the Witch is still alive or that we'll be seeing her grave. Should be fun. The kids have been having a great time on the beach and at the pool, though its seems they're definately ready to come home. Photos soon to come!! I would be cheating myself if I didn't mention the Morris family from NY. One night Jill and I headed up to the "Nice" restaurant on the hill for a romantic dinner, only to be inindated by a bus load of Morris children singing questionably lyriced ryhmes the entire way, then only to be sat next to their two tables of 8 at the restaruant for more antics. Later in the restaurant lounge, the apologetic Uncles treated me to a cigar for our troubles. All's well that ends well! Hope you're all well and the holidays were good. See you in a couple of days!

A day early ... but i have my passport!

What kind of of allowances do we give ourselves in the aging process? As a female barking down 40's tree I poke fun at myself regularly. You have to.... to keep sane. Mostly its the memory, sweating and the gray hair that cause the most grief. But Mr williams this week has earned some serious shit. You see he has had a big trip planned for over 6 months to Costa Rica and this week he arrived at the airport only to be informed that he was too early to check in. You see his flight was the next day... LOL This one is going to have staying power the shit being given that is. It is important to dole out the shit to the Cancer/Leo Mr Williams as the more we give out the better taker he has become. I remember many years ago I could not give him any kind of crap without suffering the total wrath from hell. Oh have I mentioned that I swear ok just checking... I have not photo of this but I am sure that a photo of his 40 pound dorado he cought will be posted as soon as he returns. Until then I remain Un-Supervised!

I am a little behind

My Mother's Day at Waterford!

It only took me three years to attend my first mother's day so here it is my two cents on the day. First I am quite happy with the great friends Alex has at school. They are truly a posse. 8th grade is a challenging time for parents and boys that are in the 8th grade. Particularly during Mr Bromleys biology class when an unsuspecting 8th grade boy voice is crackling when answering a question. We have all been through this to some degree. But speaking of biology and Mr Bromley's class I was entertained by the segment of the coming biology exam of Who's baby is this? is this a little bit Jerrry springer meets 8th grade biology? I think so. Whatever keeps these kids at attention. More photos to come. especially of the latest gathering Williams style. A sneak peak of The Love Boat---Big Love---Bay Watch--Simpsons and their costumes. This coming post I might add could be a little rated "R" so just a heads up I'll keep the swearing to a minimum but hey I am me and I swear.

Keep checking back I'm sure there will be fun stuff ahead!! Happy uh, blogging i guess?
